There are various combinations of foods, food groups, beverages and spices that can actually make a tremendous difference in the health of the digestive system when used appropriately.
The digestive problems that torment many people are the result of improper mixing of different food combinations. All the money spent on antacids could be saved and the suffering of so many could be eliminated simply by eating the right foods together. Amazing, isn't it?
