Are you finding that when you are in certain places that you experience all the signs and symptoms of allergies? Do you have sneezing, watery eyes, coughing, rashes, runny or stuffy nose? These are all classic allergy symptoms and it can sometimes be very difficult to track down what might be causing them. Many people undergo a battery of tests before they pin down exactly what they are allergic too. Sometimes a person can be allergic to a multitude of things and it can make their life so difficult. If your allergy symptoms have only developed recently, you might want to ask yourself a few pertinent questions, the same questions that your doctor will probably ask when you go to see him or her. Have you started using a new product of any kind like a perfume, deodorant, even a shampoo or toothpaste? If not go a little further. Have you recently started eating anything that is out of the ordinary for you? Have you moved into a new home or started working at a new place? Your doctor is likely to ask you all of these questions and more. Sometimes when you have eaten something all of your life, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction to it. When you move into a new place to live or change your work place, there could be something at one of those places that you are reacting to. One thing that many people have terrible reactions to is mold. Sometimes you might live in a home where you never experienced any allergic symptoms. If you move somewhere that has mold growing somewhere, you could very easily have symptoms develop even if they are not severe. This is something that you should check your home for anywhere that it is common. Places like shower or bathtub stalls, walls or ceilings, underneath cabinets, in basements or attics, and any other place you can think of. If you do not find evidence of mold in your new home anywhere, then you might want to ask around at your workplace to see if anyone has similar symptoms there too. Mold is not the cause of all allergies of course, but when it is the solution is to get rid of the mold. When you remove the mold spores from the air you are breathing, if this was what was causing your allergic reactions, the symptoms should subside when the mold is gone.
